Before We Meet…

You don’t need to have firm answers to all these questions! But you may wish to spend some time considering these questions/areas to help us make the most of our time together.

What are we addressing?

Think about what issues you want to address, the goal(s) you have for the session(s). You may not know specifics, and that’s ok - but it helps to think about as much as you can, prior to the session.

What kind of tools?

Not all tools are great for everyone. Is using divination as a tool for self-knowledge ok with you? How about exploring other religious traditions? Are there tools or techniques you know don’t work for you? Tools you’re interested in?

Limits and needs

Everyone has limits. It’s good to know yours. Are there subjects we need to steer away from? Triggers I should know about? Folks with marginalized identities are likely to have trauma that may show up when we delve into tender areas - it’s important to let me know how best to keep both of us safe in our work!
